Do you need help setting up or downloading the NHS App? Not sure how to register with the NHS App? Come down to Radcliffe on Trent Health Centre on Wednesday 9th July between 10:00 and 13:00 and the Rushcliffe PCN Digital Inclusion Team will be there to support you.

Please bring with you:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Access to your email
